James W. AdducciDirector
James Adducci joined Boenning & Scattergood in 2004 and currently serves as Director, specializing in the water and infrastructure, environmental, industrial, and insurance industries.
James has over 20 years of investment banking experience working with public and private companies, executing exclusive sales assignments, buy-side transactions, financings, and various other strategic advisory engagements across a broad range of industries. In the course of his career, James has completed more than 65 transactions totaling more than $8 billion in value.
Prior to joining Boenning & Scattergood, James worked in the diversified industrials group at Dresdner Kleinwort in New York, where he focused on cross-border M&A transactions.
James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Carleton College. He is a member of Boenning & Scattergood’s Commitment Committee. Outside of the firm, James is an active member of the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association, Water Environment Federation, and American Water Works Association. James also sits on the nonprofit board of the Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale.
James holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
