Tony was born and raised in Ellwood City, PA and graduated from Duquesne University with an undergraduate degree in Business.
Tony has been in the Personal Finance Industry since 1980. As a Mellon Bank Vice-President, he headed the Personal Investment Group and was President of Mellon Bank’s Mutual Fund subsidiary. After leaving the bank Tony joined several regional municipal bond underwriting firms building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
